SHIPPING & RETURNS
lipPLUMP make deliveries in Australia and worldwide.
In Australia, we use Australia Post. Standard shipping can vary from 5 to 10 business days, but in most cases you should allow approximately 7 business days from the day after purchase date. Express shipping should usually be 1-2 business days but on a occasion can be delayed. Providing a mobile phone number with your order will ensure that Australia Post can provide you with delivery updates. Orders are shipped the next business day after order.
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after you place your order. Please keep this email for proof of purchase.
All Australia Post deliveries will have a tracking number. Please visit the Australia Post website to track your delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Only items purchased on the lipPLUMP website may be returned if eligible. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should there be a fault with your product, the returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
lipPLUMP will not provide a refund on opened products, products deemed by Australia Post to have been delivered, or unwanted products.
lipPLUMP does give a strong tingling effect and will not be accepted as a return for this reason. A test patch should be undertaken prior to application to lips. lipPLUMP is not intended for use in any other areas on the body and is not for internal use.
lipPLUMP must be used within six (6) months from opening.
